Return and Exchange policy

Our goal is to ensure you're happy with our products! If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase and exchanges for 1 year for Members! For any reason you can exchange your purchase for a different product or return the item for a refund to the original payment method. 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items for refund must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

Follow the following steps for returns:

  1. Click here to initiate return. You will need your order number and zip code to look up your order.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
  3. Send all the items back to us using the label provided
  4. Once we receive your items we will initiate your refund or exchange!

Q&A

I submitted a refund, when will the money show up on my card?

The return will be processed once we receive the item, after we receive the item  please allow 1-2 weeks for the money to appear on your credit card statement.

What happens if my gold ring losses color within one year?

We provide exchanges up to two years for this reason! If you notice tarnishing or fading submit an exchange and we'll get a new ring sent to you!

How do I mail in my exchange or return?

1. Create and print your prepaid shipping label here. 

2. Attach the label to the reusable mailer from your original order, or to any other shipping mailer of your choice. 

3. Put your package in your mailbox or USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location
